Broiled Prawns in Beer, Lime and Cilantro

Okay, I admit it. I have a fondness for marinades based on beer, lime, chili, cilantro etc. Whether it be for prawns/shrimp, chicken or beef I like how it tastes and works. By working I mean the flavor brought in by the beer (it also really helps tenderize tough cuts of beef by breaking down the connective tissues) but also how those ingredients work together. Stir fried, grilled or broiled take your pick how to cook them. I think the marinade makes the simple and quick meal all the much tastier.
